Our CEO? He started as a trainee. No ego, no politics - just real, people-first leadership. He knows your name, genuinely wants you to succeed, and he's out on the floor (often grabbing a sweet from someone’s desk), not hidden in an office - he got rid of those for our leaders on day one. He’s hands-on, helps you grow your customer base, supports your development, and never asks for anything he wouldn’t do himself.
