Building a sustainable future
As a business, we have science-based targets towards significantly reducing our emissions by 2030 and reaching net zero before 2050. Hybrid working, car share schemes, electric cars for car-pooling, and cycle to work incentives are some of the measures we take to positively impact the environment, along with investment in Green Energy projects. We're working with Foothold to improve mental health support for engineers across the globe. We've raised over £20,000 and helped to build a wellbeing hub online.
Working with the Talent Tap, we help disadvantaged youths access work placements, helping them gain vital connections and experience to build their STEM careers.
