1. Designated, expert Account team

Our Account team for Raytheon will comprise key members of our Defence team, who have a combined 40-year experience with the required skill sets and operating within similar frameworks. The team will include four distinct layers detailed below:

1. Executive Sponsor to provide board level escalation

2. Senior Client Partner to provide overall relationship governance

3. Delivery Department Manager to oversee operational delivery excellence

4. Dedicated Delivery team to ensure consistent, efficient and high-quality candidate resourcing

Michael works with some of the UK's largest defence and security organisations and has successfully placed 'niche' white-collar engineers of all levels as a Consultant. Michael specialises in leadership of recruitment solutions from PSL's through to MSP's, RPO's and Total Talent Partnerships. His background when a Consultant was within electronic, software and systems technologies where he has successfully built long standing relationships in the sector to support.

With over 13 years recruitment experience and knowledge, Selina is able to provide clients a ‘value added’ service, whether this be on industry/market/candidate information or general guidance on solutions to assist recruiting needs. Her background has allowed her to build up an in-depth understanding of industry-specific challenges and the calibre of candidates in demand. 2. Full project management approach and tailor-made project timeline

We will hold a project kick off meeting with key Raytheon stakeholders to discuss the specifics of the project, following on from which, we will take on full accountability for ensuring successful delivery. By conducting a thorough analysis of your resource needs, skills gaps and project timelines, Selina will draw upon available resources to deliver on-time, to-spec and to your satisfaction. Her responsibilities will include: ​

  • Acting as your main point of contact for the project​
  • Running project meetings (project initiation, progress updates and performance reviews)​
  • Building, coordinating and overseeing our Delivery Consultants’ delivery
  • Ensuring all SLAs and project milestones are met​
  • Identifying and removing any blockers that Raytheon or the project team are experiencing​
  • Managing data analytics/MI and producing reports for Raytheon​ on current progress and success
  • Closing-out the project (upon satisfaction from Raytheon) and recommending next steps
  • Provision of monthly market insight to inform bespoke candidate attraction and talent pooling strategy per role

Additionally, we advise against an initial heavy reliance on contractors, instead focusing on building a strong permanent team where feasible. This approach will help ensure long-term stability and continuity in delivery. Selina will monitor and adjust resource levels as project demands evolve, ensuring flexibility in hiring practices to efficiently meet changing demands and needs.

5. Support and communication

Our Account team will be central to maintaining close communication with Raytheon. Your designated Senior Client Partner, Selina Surridge, will be your single point of contact for our service. We will establish regular communication channels to update you on resource availability, market trends and any potential risks. This proactive approach will ensure alignment and timely adjustments as needed. Our typical measures are:
