OUR COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL
Project kick off retained fee:
For the initial 12 requirements, we will require a project kick off retained fee of £2,500 per vacancy, totally £30,000.
At placement confirmation, the requirement's £2,500 fee will be removed from the final invoice value per placement which will create a net saving. As an example, if the final salary of one of the first 10 candidates is £55,000, we would charge a 15% fee, in line with the above commercial proposal, which totals £8,250. However, we require £2,500 upfront and therefore will remove this amount from the final invoice capturing this candidate, therefore charging you £5,750 upon the candidate's successful placement.
Cost saving achieved through our exclusive model:
Assuming an average salary of £55k (as an example) per position, the total cost of hiring 30 niche STEM candidates under our PSL terms at 15% would be £247,500 (£8,250 per hire).
With our proposed retained model, we can deliver a cost saving of £33,000 to Raytheon, reducing the average cost per hire from £8,250 to £7,150, while Matchtech also provides an enhanced and fully accountable service.
Interim contractor requirements
Should Raytheon require contractors in the interim throughout this project, based on our collaboration with your hiring community, we will offer a 2% saving on our contractor fees, reducing our mark up from 12% to 10% for the duration of this contract. Based on 10 contractors being hired exclusively through Matchtech, this will add an additional healthy cost saving of circa £15,000 per annum, bringing the total cost saving to Raytheon of £66,000.
