Leonardo's challenge
In March 2022 Matchtech was tasked with sourcing 10 high priority, hard-to-fill (SC Cleared) roles the Leonardo Cyber Team. PSL agencies had failed to deliver these roles due to an undefined recruitement process. The inability to fill these roles resulted in critical projects falling behind and resource & project planning began to suffer.
How we helped
Matchtech undertook full oversight of the process; from the initial sourcing and screening through to the interview process and finally offer negotiation and management. This required a dedicated and relentless search and head-hunting program by consultants with advanced sector experience.
The results
Matchtech successfully filled all 10 permanent roles one month earlier than required, enabling the Leonardo Cyber Team Technologies to establish their project on time. We continue to support Leonardo as both a contact and Permanent PSL supplier.
