Providing the STEM skills to build a low-carbon future
Our clients are helping solve many of the key challenges that will drive towards a low-carbon future. We are supplying them with the talent to meet these goals.
Climate impact and emissions reduction are naturally woven throughout the strategies of our STEM clients. We are in a privileged position to source the engineering and technology skills they require to both meet their own decarbonisation targets and innovate to drive towards the broader climate agenda.
Within the Renewable Energy sector, we have provided the talent to build, maintain and develop many offshore wind farms across Europe. Our Mobility sector works with many major Automotive, Aerospace and Maritime brands to develop electric, hybrid and hydrogen powered vehicles. Our Infrastructure sector partners with major consultancies and contractors to develop sustainable environments, as well as with network operators to revolutionise the smart grid.

Our commitments for FY24
- One of our key investment areas for FY24 is the renewables department within our Energy sector. We are focused on sourcing STEM talent for clients who are leading the charge to a sustainable future, and we are looking to grow our FTE within this area
- Over FY24, we will also be placing greater focus on green jobs within STEM. We will do this through both enabling our candidates to directly search for green job opportunities, and through developing a means of quantifying the number of candidates we place in green jobs across all of our sectors

Marcus Roberts Team Leader – Mobility
“Working in GreenTech brings me immense satisfaction for various reasons. Firstly, it allows me to contribute to the UK Mobility market's transition towards Net Zero emissions, which is a crucial step in combatting climate change. Being a part of this movement gives me a sense of purpose and fulfilment, knowing that my efforts are making a positive impact on the environment for my young family's future. My daughter's strong advocacy for green issues further fuels my passion for this field, as I strive to create a cleaner and greener world for her and the generations to come. Working in GreenTech not only aligns with my professional goals but also resonates deeply with my personal values, making it an incredibly meaningful and rewarding journey.”
